The Museum of Aviation Foundation cordially invites you to celebrate the 35th Anniversary of the Museum of Aviation on Saturday evening, November 9 at 6:00 p.m. in the Museum of Aviation’s Century of Flight Hangar.
The first Museum building opened to the public November 9, 1984 in a surplus building brought from Dobbins AFB in Marietta, Georgia. Today the Museum has four large exhibit buildings with over 200,000 sq. ft. of exhibit and education classroom space. These buildings house some of the 85 historic U.S. Air Force aircraft, missiles, cockpits and award-winning exhibits.
There will be a plated dinner, special recognition throughout the evening, and a live band. Please mark your calendars and join us for this exciting evening as we remember and celebrate our successes during the past 35 years.
